How can I track my order?
Track it from My Account > Order History, or via the tracking link emailed to you once your order ships.
What is the return window?
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. See Returns & Exchanges for details.
How do I choose my size?
The Size Guide page has measurement tables and a how-to-measure note for apparel, shoes and accessories.
Will I be charged at checkout?
No. This is a demo store — no payment method is required, and nothing is ever charged to any card.
Do I need to create an account?
No, you can check out as a guest. Creating an account lets you view your order history and save a size profile.
How do I know if an item is in stock?
On the product page, sold-out sizes appear faded in the size panel — use "Notify me" for those sizes.
