Delivery times
Orders leave our warehouse within 1-3 business days of confirmation. Estimated delivery by region:

Shipping fee
Orders of 1,500 TRY or more ship free. Orders below that threshold carry a flat fee of 50 TRY.
Courier
Orders are dispatched through our courier partners, Aras Kargo and Yurtiçi Kargo. Your tracking notification will confirm which one is carrying your parcel.
Order tracking
A tracking number is emailed as soon as your order ships. You can also follow its status in real time from Order History in your account.
International shipping
This demo storefront models domestic delivery within Turkey only; international shipping is not offered in this environment.
