Returns & Exchanges
If something did not work out, the return and exchange process is kept simple.
Return window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.
Condition
- Items must be unworn, unwashed and have the original tag attached.
- Please return items in their original packaging where possible.
- For hygiene reasons, underwear, swimwear and earrings cannot be returned once the tag has been removed.
How to start a return
Go to My Account > Order History, find the order, and start a return. You will receive a return code and a shipping label — drop the parcel at any partner courier point free of charge.

Refund timing
Once the returned item arrives at our warehouse and passes inspection, the refund is issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Exchanges
If the same style is in stock in a different size or colour, we can process an exchange. If it is out of stock, a refund is offered instead.
